DSTV Milks me for money

In the beginning of the month I called to cancel my premium subscription. They told me it was done. On the 26th my wife decided that we need to get DSTV Access so that we can have sabc and so on. I phoned in, they told me I just need to pay 100 rand and all will be fine. I went and payed 200 rand and got home to nothing. I waited a few hours and the call centre agent told me to phone later cause there is a problem on their system. I did, the lady then told me there is a issue and she is escalating it to her manager and I should have picture in 15 min. It's the next day and still nothing. I call them again and they tell me that my account wasn't cancelled just suspended for some reason and I can't downgrade unless I pay the full premium amount. This is ridiculous, it isn't my fault that they didn't cancel the account. I won't spend extra money. Dstv either needs to bypass their system or credit me the premium amount cause this sounds like a money making scheme to me.
