DSTV Migration and *********** AGENTS

I've received an sms to remnd me abt my monthly debit order bt instd of R544 I was shockd 2 see that it will debit R844. I calld on d 28/10/26 to enquire n spoke 2 Muladelo who mentiond that migration affected my instalment while i hd a contrct n wasnt supposed 2 be affectd by anythng according 2 d agreemnt. She promisd 2 escalate it n said she will stop a D.O n i cn mke an EFT paymnt of R544 n promsd 2 send confirmation via email. I waitd n they proceeded to debit R844 which declined and when i went 2 whatsapp to check my balance, now they added R844 with R544 its nw R1388 🤣🤣🤣.. i calld agn on d 3/11/26 n spoke 2 Pertunia n put me on hold for 10minutes jst for her manager to send me a mail confirming that i shud proceed with R544 as my subscription i agreed with them for services. I am tried and tired of going after *********** lying DSTV multichoice employees. I need help cos i need my services to go on cos i will not pay for money that i don't know just for compact
