DSTV - ****MERS OF THE YEAR!

DSTV is a ****! They easily sign you up for a deal but make it impossible to cancel, tried via Whatsapp, LiveChat, Calling and website, nowhere I can cancel, the website disconnect package just hangs endlessly and agents are unable to assist, everytime it is escalated with no reference number nor taking any accountabality for the system. Callcenter agents have confirmed that there is a problem and everytime it is "escalated" with no solution. Apparently also no billing department, advice if this happens, move package to smallest package and also cancel the debit order with bank, it is the only way to get rid of them.
