DSTV - ****mers of note.
They sent me an email on 16 Feb with a reconnection special and I have until 29 Feb 2024 to accept. On 28 Feb I accepted the special and paid the reconnection fee as per the special but no reconnection done. Now I am being told I cannot be reconnected as I "unfortunately you tried to reconnect later in the month of February when I only had a day or two left".
Stay away if you do not want problems in life nje.
