On 31 July 2015 I requested that my service be upgraded to DSTV Extra. I was told that the upgrade can only take effect once I made the payment of R315,00. I agree & on 1 August 2015 I made a deposit direct into MultiChoice ABSA bank account. I deposited R350,00 on 1 August 2015 at 08h54. Wwhen I returned home at 11h30 I found that my service had not been upgrade. I phoned that DSTV Callcentre to find out what going on. I was told to fax proof of payment to MultiChoice to *** which I did. At about 12h15 I checked & found that I was upgraded to the Premium Bouquet (something that I didn't as? for). Since this I tried numerous times to get the downgrade to DSTV Extra. This is the service that I original asked for. Needless to say that I tried numerous times to get this issue resolved. I was promised that the Supervisor will phone me, but needless to say that this never happened. There is no way to get hold of the Supervisors because there is no line available to the supervisors. I've also stated numerous times that I will not pay for a service that I did not request. I AGAIN WANT TO STRESS THAT I WILL NOT PAY FOR THE PREMUIM BOUQUET BECAUSE I DID NOT ASK FOR IT.
