DStv Maponya mall rude *********** staff

The guy that manages the cue is very rude and the lady sitted by the door as well, they fail to explain anything when one enquires,you have to ask the people standing at the cue to be assisted,customers like me give me assistance instead, even managing the cue they yell or treat you like you are incapable to think for yourself, no customer service at all. They do not value customers, when you are there you are ill treated instead of being listened to and be guided or adviced. Waited for close over 2 hrs in a cue as well with my Mom who is well over 60 years old. I have been to MultiChoice before in other branches and they treat you with respect and listen to your enquiry but here at this Maponya branch they have a disgrace for staff members, simple things they could manage properly but they have no desire to and they have no respect for elders. Customer service at the door is absurd!
