The lady who was assisting me regarding my account was very rude and had a bad attitude, she was not listening to my query and didn't give me a solution.i then decided to leave and call the call centre and the guy who assisted was patient and helped me. The lady is Lungi and she needs more training in customer service, I'm very disappointed.it was on Friday 6th March 2026.
