Dstv making it impossible to cancel account.
We have been trying to cancel our dstv subscription. The website is unavailable and the whatsapp service is a joke. Only reply to trying to cancel the subscription was to offer insurance! We cannot pay as we are not getting salaries due to the economic lockdown. But DSTV are making it impossible to cancelling the account. Its disgraceful.
