DSTV MAKES IT SO DIFFICULT TO GET YOUR REFUND AFTER THEIR MISTAKE!

I was told that once the debit order that I was promised would not go off, did go through, that they would process a refund for me asap and I would get my money in 5-7 days.... Now they come with a story that it will take 7-14 days!!! Worst company ever!!! They take money that shouldn't be taken and inconvenience you and then make it longer and more difficult to get your money back after their mistake! And they don't even have the decency to respond to the reviews!
