Dstv lying yet again!
complained a few weeks ago about dstv and how they added insurance without my father's consent. I then asked for the recording of when my dad agreed to the insurance terms. I got an email confirming that the added insurances that didn't even make sense are removed from Mzwakhe Tauwa and today when I called dstv it turns out the insurance is still in the account. Last month we paid for dstv only to be cut off. I went through the complaints process and the dstv got reconnected and disconnected again. So for August we paid for a service that we did not get. This month again my dad went to pay for dstv and was told he needs to pay over R300 to be reconnected. I'm more than happy to attach the email trail to prove my point.

13 Sept 2023, 09:10I got a call from dstv and I was promised that they would call back once my dad's is on as they needed to credit the amount that was for thr insurance and they will let me know when he needs to pay. I didn't receive the call and dstv is still not working.
