DSTV *******ly deducting monthly subscription

DSTV *******ly debited my account without my knowledge or permission for over a year after my contract cancellation. No authorization was ever given for any debit against my account. I contacted them informing them of his and that it constitutes ***** and theft. Despite this, they still refuse to refund my money. I will now be laying ******** charges against them.
