Dstv loss of signal due to weather

I have the dstv compact package and im dissatisfied with the service. Reasons been that whenever it rains or theres bad weather i have no signal. Common response is that signal is lost duebto weather or faulty installation. This has become totally unacceptable as im paying for a service.The month of March 2019 and April currently has experienced a lot of rain and there i am unable to watch virtually anything. Are others experiencing the same problems. I think its time we ask for a refund as this is a pay station. I have upgraded my compact decoder and had the wiring checked at my own cost and still have same problem. Any suggestions as to how i did with the problem.
