“Dstv loses 5,000,000 subscribers in one year” and I am one of them.

Double payment of my subscription was made 5 months ago. I have written at least 6 reviews on Hello Peter. Every time after a review I received an auto response that they will contact me. They have contacted me on several occasions. After I have explained the problem with them they requested certain documents, and will refund me upon receipt of the requested documents. I have supp**** them with the requested documents on at least 6 occasions, but no further assistance. I had to cancel my subscription as I can not afford to pay my subscription until I receive the refund of the double payment.
