DSTV log in

I have 5 houses to which I stream DSTV. Why on earth is it such a mission to watch DSTV. Often the TVs must be logged in and it’s always internet issues however logging onto Netflix and YouTube is absolutely no problem. What on earth is wrong with your IT systems that it’s so unreliable. Send all the technicians if one can call them that in your IT division to Netflix or YouTube to go and learn how to do it. They most certainly go it right and DSTV is just *********** as fas as this is concerned
