Dstv loadshedding!!!!!

From 1st Jan to 18 February 2020 Dstv made us pay R1169,67... with the service disconnected two days in between. On the 6 calls made to DSTV lasting an hour or more each, the calls are always "escalated" to managers qho are forever in meetings ...with no feed back for the incorrect billing. When calling dstv calls are redirected between durban , pe , jhb with non of them able to transfers me to pta branch. Non of the following agents were able to resolve the issue, 1. Still waiting for some manager to get out of a meeting and credit my account with R580, 77 That was paid in advance due to Dstv Amazing mismanagement!!!!!!!!!!! Going on three days of DSTV LOADSHEDDING....WOW
