DSTV load shedding compensation

HI DSTV as eskom has made a decision to do power cuts and I pay you for a service which you cannot provide while eskom does there load shedding i am asking for a 20% reduced account monthly until our country sorts its power out ,as you cannot provide me with the service I am paying for.<br> <br> I trust you would agree and honor my request.<br> <br> Regards<br> patrick
