DSTV live streaming is the pits

Why would you offer a live streaming service if it is continuously interrupted? And please don't tell me it's my internet connection. My speedtest consistently reads 530 ish up and 540 ish down yet while watching IPL I constantly get a black screen that eventually exits to the channel selection list. This happens from multiple browsers in and out of incognito mode. What's even more frustrating is that each time I try a new browser I have to wait for you streaming limit to reset. This doesn't even happen when I stream from Idia via my vpn.
