Dstv live streaming does not work

I currently have left the country on a permanent basis with my family.My wife and i paid up the full amount of premiums until next year.However the live stream foes not work at all.I would like a complete refund of my premiums and even if it does work now what happens withvthe last 3 months of premiums.The account is on my wife name.
