DSTV LIVE STREAM DYSFUNCTIONAL
I switched from using a decoder to DSTV Live Stream end July. It worked fine and I was pleased. However since Saturday many channels, such as Sky News, SABC News and about 20 others are not accessible with a message “Show Information is currently not accessible” I have spoken to 3 agents did 3 Live Chats” all to no avail - no one can help me. I did 6 reboots, disconnect / reconnect and many other suggested troubleshoot tasks - it is clear to me the problem lies on DSTV side. One agent even admitted this online - the others deny and try and put blame on me

I have a 1Gb line, i send her pics of my Upload/Download speed my IP address and many other items she requested - I logged out, rebooted but no luck, those channels are not accessible

Error persists we had a phone call and the agent admitted it is a problem on DSTV side, I can sen you a screenshot of our conversation where this was admitted. I have a 1Gb line, i send her pics of my Upload/Download speed my IP address and many other items she requested - I logged out, rebooted but no luck, those channels are not accessible
