DSTV LIVE CHAT - Terrible service

I requested help from a DSTV LIVE CHAT regarding the one of my devices not being registered on our account anymore but under another one on the installed DSTV Now app. The consultant gave one suggestion to reset the account password to rectify the problem, it didn't work. Since then I've continually messaged them for assistance, with no reply what so ever!! This has been going for some time now. DSTV LIVE CHAT'S SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!! WHEN THEIR 1ST SOLUTION DOES'NT WORK, THEY HIDE AWAY AND DO NOT RESPOND ANY FURTHER TO MESSAGES, AND WILL WAIT UNTIL THE CUSTOMER GIVES UP ON THE MATTER ENTIRELY.
