DSTV LIVE CHAT IS USELESS
I am seriously getting tired of DSTV, i have been logging calls about my DSTV Now account without any success. It's day number 5 complaining about one thing. i told them i can't view any content via dstv now, and it started last last week but the useless Live Chat tab that they have is not helping and they are failing to fix the issue. What's worse is that they respond after hours after you have laid the complain and when they do they are quick to close the call as if you are always waiting for their response.
