DSTV Live chat agents unable to solve streaming problem

I activated my account on the 13th June 2018, and since then i have not been able to stream super sport or any channels i called the call center and they said i need to contact Live Chat support and so far i have spoken to 3 agents: Desiree Sbusiso Innocentia

These agents are saying they are getting a system error and they need to escalate my case after that nothing gets done. In addition i am not able to link my smartcard number to my email address as it seems the smartcard number i have is different from the smartcard number the agents are seeing.
