DSTV lists my account as paid up but not CLOSED

I have not had a valid contract with Multichoice for years but they keep listing payment information as Paid up status and not Account closed status. I cannot get through to the Billing centre so that I can even get a letter to confirm that the account is closed. Consequently this account sits on my credit record and has not dropped off it.
