DSTV lies - you can't stream in under 5 minutes.

Showmax Pro was cancelled which was communicated however when trying to sign up with the other options that DSTV has come up with I am unsuccessful. The tag line that you can sign up in 5 minutes so a total lie and hogwash!!!! i have tried over the last two weeks, to click on the simple link which doesnt work. I have tried the call centre. I have tried the whatspp, I have tried the app, I have tried the self service. I tried the app again last and this time allowed me to make payment through the app with the credit /debit card option. Payment went through but unfortunately there was no DSTV compact. I also dont have proper proof of payment as this was done via the app. I spent an hour on the phone with a consultant, Unathi, who tried very hard to help however eventually I think he got tired and the call cut. All I want to do is sign up to the new Showmax / DSTV Bundle for R349 (Although I paid R399 for normal DSTV compact) because I want to watch sport. I am extremely frustrated and I have been very very patient. I even paid the amount and I still cant access anything! does anyone is DSTV understand that you can't acutally stream in under 5 minutes. Its an absolute lie. Redo your ad campaign and stop wasting people's time.
