Dstv lies, don't take contract with them youll regret

Almost 8 weeks with no data but you've been charging me for dstv data. On Monday I wrote on hello Peter asking you to refund my data money because you can not just take money from my account but fail to provide that service. I cannot donate my hard earned money to dstv. You privately messaged me on that same Monday and told me the issue will be resolved within 24 hours you'll also contact me. As always nothing was done, can you please return my mo ey that's all I want, you have failed to provide the service and definitely don't even care as long as you're *****ing my money every month and lie.
