DSTV - ***** and *******

Our one Decoder was giving a problem and we took it in for repair. The consultant convinced us to "upgrade" to the Ultra as it will work out cheaper.

The contract never arrived or was signed via email as promised, but the ultra arrived that we proceded to plug in.

After hours on the phone, the technician was not able to make the ultra and extra work.

After many disconnections, visits to multichoice and promises that it is fixed, we are disconnected almost every other day.

Today DSTV decided to take R1350 from my account for a premium subscription that i've been paying for years.

DSTV, your are wasting my time and *****ing my money
