DSTV ***** and *******

I have laid a complaint twice already with no reply. Ref numbers given no replies. This is regarding the R899 pm offer that i signed up for. I was debited R1004 and want to know WHY but the DSTV staff are fast asleep . I hope this will wake one of them to get back to me. My last resort will be to reverse this transaction or just changing bank account and make them Suffer to get monies from me. So call me assholes
