DSTV let down
I recently app**** to get a new Explora contract. Got the approval and all documentation was sent through. Then when delivery day came - nothing happened. Yesterday I spoke to a lady who put me on hold for more than 10 minutes. Eventually hung up. Nobody has phoned me back - the service is terrible
