DSTV Lephalale

I had a problem with my reception and called on DSTV Lephalale and they tested the decoder and found it in good order. They then sent out a repairman with the name of Alec to assist me further. I must commend Alec on his work ethic. He knows what he is doing and does that professionally. Climbs all over the roof with cables and equipment without an assistant. He refused to leave before he solved my problem which he did in a record time. Alec, I salute you.
