DSTV LACK OF SERVICE

We signed my mom up for DSTV streaming 3 weeks ago. They took the money and NEVER activate the service. She has gone to their offices 3 times. She spent hours on their chat service. Terrible service!!!!!!! Still NO DSTV. If you phone, you talk to machines. Absolutely NO SERVICE!!!!!! ***
