DSTV - LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND SERVICE

DSTV are so unprofessional and totally ***********. The Consultants are extremely *********** and untrained and have no knowledge of the product and what packages to offer the Customer. In fact, some are selling false information. I have waited 3 weeks for someone to call me to change my contract from month to month, to a 12-month contract. Every time I call DSTV, the Consultant has a problem with their system being slow and cannot log in or gives a different pricing on the same package. This is very concerning as DSTV reports that they have evolved to meet all Customers' modernized viewing desires. Shocking.
