DSTV KRUGERSDORP BAD SERVICE

The above mentioned applies. On 30 August 2019 my husband contacted DSTV Krugersdorp for assistance with our decoder. They promised to be at our home at 12h00. After 12h00 we constantly phoned them, still with the reply that they would assist us on Friday. Our last call we were promised that on Saturday 31 August 2019 they would be here at 08h00. They called us 3 times after 08h00 to get our address. Finally WITHOUT coming out to observe the problem, they told us to go to DSTV in Randburg. My husband explained that he is disabled and cannot drive. But the gentleman had no sympathy with our problem. Is there not a call out service to assist disabled people, or do they then just have to do without ? I am also visually impaired.
