Dstv kills disney for its customers

Do not get Disney+ through DSTV its the worst thing ever

I was pulled into joining disney+ as they offered me free 3 months So i joined and they said will only start paying in august.

Come July they add the disney+ subscription to my account, I dont even mind that I pay for the whole account and my Disney+ subscription isnt paid for.

I have been trying to get this resolved to no avail my ticket is INC-*** and there has been incompetence coming from the agents i have spoken to where nothing gets resolved and i get told i have to wait 24hrs which i have waited

I have noticed that I am not the only one that was ****med into this and i feel reallly sorry for disney that they have chosen a really bad partner
