Dstv KFC voucher

Dstv is running a rewards programme. On that I have won a R75 KFC voucher. When I got to the KFC store neither the cashier's or manager new how to redeem the voucher. They did not even know about the promo. He did call his head office as well and they are not aware of this. I also called KFC customer care and the consultant knew about this as he had recived a few calls but still not able to advise. So is this 1 of those false promos?? This is embarrassing especially when u in the que and been told we cannot assist you. Disappointing guys. DSTV and KFC your guys need to sort this out!!
