DSTV keeps switching off my acc even when paid!

Acc Number: ***4. DSTV keeps on switching off my business account even though I got a debit order and it was paid. This happens every few days. I call to inform them its off and they tell me the account is up to date and nothing is wrong! This is very very frustrating! Absolutely useless service!
