Dstv keeps on disconnecting service

I activated the Portuguese bouquet as an added subscription to my current subscription for the month from end Dec 2014 to end Jan 2015. At the time of the activation, i advised them that it would only be for a month and then they should end the subscription at end Jan 2015. I am to this date still being billed for this, and have had my normal subscription disconnected 3 times in February 2015 and now within this week, twice already. Each time Multichoice then bills me for the reconnection fee. I have continued to pay for my normal subscription as per normal and because of their accounts/billing errors, i am constantly disconnected. I have spoken to various call agents over this time, 7 to be exact, i also have their names including a supervisor. All saying they 'apologise for the inconvenience',as it is an error on their side, but keep on disconnecting me and billing me for connection fees. I am currently disconnected yet again. I am frustrated and angry as this is not being resolved and i am being penalised for their incompetence. Really is this the kind of service we expected to put up with!!!!
