Dstv keeps geting susppended after paument

For three consecutive times after I did make my payment with multichoice, my DSTV gets suspended. I am very disappointed. I make direct payments via Internet. What kind of service is this????? <br> Please let them know they make customers furious.<br> <br> Mrs SEM OELOFSE
