Dstv just wants money

I was retrenched last year June but still made all my Dstv payments on time.I never missed a payment in 5 years.I receive uif till I can get work but the uif payment is not on the same date every month.So when I couldnt pay my Dstv account on the 2nd February Dstv cut my service.Dstv cant even give me till the end of the month to make the payment and then cut it.Very sad with the service over 1 payment in 5 years.
