Dstv just there for the money don't care about people

Why can every bank and everyone around the world help people due to the lock down with payment relieve but yet DStv can not do that. Why must we still pay the full price when we barely have food in the house now you have to fork out over a R1000. 00 just for TV.

I think this is something that they really can look at. I am so sick of the repeats and the poor assistance they giving the country in this major problem everyone is experiencing.

They try to make everyone else's life better which is on a cheaper package to upgrade them with no extra cost. What about their old customers who keeps it on the premium package and been there all the way how are they helping them? Buy nailing them with a bill over R1000. 00 do you guys think this is right at this moment?

Need answers urgently.

I do take the risk all up and understand to a point but mostly the only people gaining is the people on the cheaper package. I don't say don't charge anything at all I am just saying give us a break instead of 1000 maybe say OK we will make it 600 or something like that for the people they can take the money they save there to buy food or even pet food I am just saying. You guys might not think 1000 is a lot of money but if you only have 1000 after paying your rent and car insurance after your salary has paid in then that 1000 is a lot of money. So what I am saying I don't want it for free I am saying think of the people that can't afford the whole amount. Just put your family in it. At this point I will rather pay the amount for show max and for Netflix cause at this moment it is cheaper to stream that than to pay dstv. Maybe go back and look at everything.
