Dstv just making promises!!!
Good day. I wrote a review on Monday about dstv. P Brink cust nr *** They phoned me back and said that they will refund me, the money will be in my account by Thursday 2023-02-16. I was very pleased by there response and raelly thought the issue is resolved tey promised to phone me on Thusday to find out if i received it. However it is now Friday 2023-02-17, haven't received anything and no call from dstv. I really think they are just playing me and is not doing what they promised. It is really sad that they do something like that. I wish they could call me and tell me what the hell is going on. Abselutule dissapointed. Pieter Brink

18 Feb 2023, 11:33DSTV is absolutely a useless company, i just spoke to the customer service and was told that the money that was promised to me hasnt even been transferred, i was told that it takes 7 to 14 days to transfer the money. If you pay one day late they immediately suspend your service, i cant even get a contact number to phone the department, a bunch of ***** and ***ards.!!!
