DSTV just dont care

Despite being assured on Hello Peter by Dinah who responded that my query would be looked at. My query placed on Hello Peter on the 21/09/2015 is still unresolved.Everyone just passes the buck and I am shifted from Pillar to post. I think no choice but to resort to leaving a stinking ad on FACEBOOK and Twitter.I have no faith they can keep promises or resolve their clients concerns. It looks like it is no ones problem as no one can assist.
