Dstv / Joox
I am a dstv premium package subscriber for whom the joox music streaming service is free under the VIP promo. The said VIP stays has, without notice, been discontinued despite my pre-paid paid-up monthly subscription of R999. All efforts communicating to both dstv and joox, (email, automated whatsapp messaging) has been to no avail up to and including the time of writing this review.(5days) If only dstv and its partners could be as efficient in their service to their customers as they are in requesting their monthly debit order payments. Poor show both dstv and joox.
