DSTV Joke Show of a Buisness

I would rather not give them any stars at all. Has anyone else experienced nothing but pure frustration, pulling ones hair out, running out of airtime and still get no answers from them?

I have phoned, I have WhatsApp'ed, I have spoken to the robot, I have spoken to some unknown person on live chat. I have spent over 40 minutes on hold being told "We are experiencing high call volumes please be patient and one of our agents will attend to you shortly." Yeh right and ***s fly in the form of bacon!!! Don't even try to speak to a supervisor because as far as my dealings with them go they seem to be nothing but imaginary beings.

We pay over R800.00 for what a robot, a live chat, a rude person and a phantom.

I think I best leave i there before I have a heart attack
