DSTV Joke of THE YEAR.

This has to be the JOKE of the YEAR from DSTV (Multichoice). On the 6th of March, a total of R1266 was paid transferred via my ABSA account into my DSTV account for the next subscription billing of my DSTV account as my payment date is 10th of every month. On the 8th March (four days ago when I checked my DSTV Now app), my account shows as all paid up till the afternoon of today (12th March) that I realized my account has been suspended. At first I thought it was a technical issue from the end of DSTV but then decided to call their center when it was taking too long only to be told the JOKE of the YEAR. In the words of the agent I spoke with, he said the R1266 EFT payment I made was reversed and it's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard with my years of banking. My payment was NOT a debit order, I NEVER pay my accounts via debit orders but through EFT as Multichoice is listed as an Absa approved beneficiary for bill payments so I'm wondering how the money was reversed from the account of Multichoice when clearly on the 8th March, it showed that the amount I transferred has been credited to my DSTV account!!! How can an EFT be reversed six days after payment has gone through? I really need DSTV to school me on this one.

I'm extreme ****ed at the moment because my services has been suspended and worse off, DSTV has quickly added a wonderful R50 to my account (I suppose for reconnection). This is total **** and also won't be acceptable or it's just going to be the end of me subscribing to DSTV.

If I can't be connected back and the R50 that has been magically added to my account taken off then I'd gladly accept back my R1266 and they can keep their services that is full of 1900 movie collections and repeat programs anyway but for now DSTV should advise where my R1299 is because clearly I never reversed anything BECAUSE IT'S AN EFT PAYMENT. If there's a glitch in their account departments or with methods they have provided customers with to make payments then it shouldn't be my problem and I shouldn't be the one to bear the responsibility as such.

Bank confirms no reversal was made.. Bank confirms EFT can't be reversed unless it's sent back by recipient so DSTV whatsup?????
