Dstv it's a ****

I've paid my account every month, never skipped a month, today it was disconnected. There were extra product added on my package which I don't know of. The first one was their insurances amount to R122, I canceled them but the amount is added on my package every month. Recently they've just added Disney plus for R119 which I've never agreed nor gotten a communication about. Dstv this is not fair to your customers, you can't just add extra products without the customer's knowledge. Now I'm being forced to pay for those products that I didn't have an agreement with, to connect my account. I've paid for May but now it's disconnected because of those extra products Dstv added.
