DsTV issues

Actually I should rate a minus 10!! I have been a DSTV client from the start always on a debit order. I am just on my 4th telephone call to them about a billing problem. I was twice promised that the billing department would call me. I have spoken to them this morning and was promised again an escalation and calls backs. I am waiting to hear. But up to now the service and the answers i received were beyond bad and inaccurate. Thank you
