DSTV is very frustrating

I am so frustrated yet again by multi choice. each and every month for the past 3 months I have a problem with my account. I paid my dstv account and now my account is suspended saying that I did not pay. I called the call center 2 twice today and got even more frustrated because they telling me of charges that i did not even know about. you call centre agent do not listen and are very much untrained. can someone please resolve this issue. Im sick and tired of these nonsense
