Dstv is very bad

Dstv have cut off my services early August. I have been with no subscriptions since then. I tried sending numerous emails but no help has been done. In fact they decided to charge me more on compact subscription which is off. To my suprise when I opened my dstv app its stating the amount am owing as R1286, 98. On the 28th it was showing R806, what is it that am owing wen I have no subscriptions or channels since my TV is off. And to my surprise the amount is going up instead of decreasing.
