DSTV IS VERY BAD

Monday I wrote a review about service I experienced with DSTV after going back and fourth with the the issue was resolved, so I thought. Today I am experiencing the the same issue and when I called into their customer service the agent did not have clue if what I was talking about. I sent them an email and another agent resresponded telling me that I was assisted. My issue is still not resolved my services have been disconnected AGAIN. This is extremely frustrated
