Dstv is useless holistically

This is the worst service provider one can have. I have been trying to reconnect my service for 10 hours now since 8 am and they keep making endless promises without solutions. Watsapp channel is useless and managed by *********** people. I mean, if I paid and you have proof of payment, what could be so hard to reconnect me rather than lie. This is *** service, the worst in recent times.
